HLCA Yoga Class

 

 

We are happy to introduce a new yoga class at our centre, every Wednesday – 10:15am to 11:30am, starting 6th of March. It will be delivered by a local and experienced yoga instructor Lucy; she is very enthusiastic about bringing the class to the local community. The class is aimed at people over 50 years old but anyone is welcome, providing spaces are available.
