Expanding our free Wednesday yoga sessions
We’re delighted to be supported into 2024 by Clarion Housing’s Warm Space scheme.
It means we’re able expand our free Wednesday yoga sessions with a new 9am intermediate vinyasa yoga session starting in January, alongside our chair-based yoga sessions for people with limited mobility, and our gentle mat-based hatha yoga sessions.
- 9AM vinyasa yoga starting Jan 2024 – intermediate level – open to those wanting to explore flow yoga. We will combine powerful yang and restorative yin to find your practice at your own pace
- 10AM Chair-based yoga accessible for limited mobility – a supported way to explore the connection of mind, body & breath
- 11.15AM Hatha yoga – open level – a grounding practice that combines gentle movement, focused balances and supported transitions
Wednesday mornings at St Hugh’s Centre, 42 Castledine Road
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class begins. We have a very limited number of mats available to use – please bring your own mat if you have one and are attending either vinyasa or hatha classes.
