Sound Bath Experience

Our super-popular Sound Bath Experience is back on Tuesday 4th February at St Hugh’s Centre in Anerley. Feel deeply relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep quality, and enhance your overall wellbeing as the sounds of singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you!

There’s just a last few tickets left, but if you miss out on those, we’ll be running subsidised sessions through 2025.

Available For Hire!

Here at the Centre we have a Hall and a Meeting Room, both of which are available for hire. Our quality, modern facilities cater for a huge range of events so whether you are planning a child’s birthday party or a drop-in coffee morning, a training course or an exhibition, a keep fit-class or a mother & toddler’s group, we are the perfect solution.

Check out our Timetable – you can use this page to see what’s going on at the Centre, and see if the Hall or Meeting Room are available for hire for your event. And you can see our prices on our Hire Rates page.

If you want to ask a question about hiring the Hall or Meeting Room, please visit our Hire Enquiries page, or if you have all the information you need and want to go ahead and make a booking now, simply complete our online Hire Application Form.

Suggest an activity

The hall is available for hire to run events and classes – if you have something particular you’d like to see, then let us know and we’ll do our best to find someone to deliver it. Even better, if you want to run a class yourself, get in touch and we can support you in planning and getting this set up. We can even help you fundraise to cover some start-up costs.

Become a volunteer

Interested in helping us run the centre? We’d be happy to have you on board. You’ll get full training and never be left on your own. You suggest what you want to do, whether it’s help out with event catering, helping run the youth club or join the committee to help plan for the future – it’s up to you. We’ll do our best to make your experience rewarding and fun. We think using local people to help run the centre is the best way to keep control of it. We hope you agree.
