This class is slow flow (vinyasa) yoga and is open to all levels of yoga experience. It will include some dynamic movement, but modifications will be provided for beginners, and stronger variations offered to those who are more advanced.
This class will focus on mindful movement and building strength in the body to help cultivate healthy alignment and a sense of ease in the body.
